As Strategic Account Manager, Post-Production & Production Rentals for Gravity Media in the USA, Marty is responsible for growing our rental revenue and improving how we deliver our products and serve our clients. 

Marty is also responsible for renting our equipment to the production community in Los Angeles and across North America. 

Prior to joining Gravity Media, Marty worked with broadcast production rental companies. As Director of Engineering for Wexler Video, the leading provider of equipment to reality television production, she ensured client satisfaction and obtained maximum utility of owned equipment, expediting company growth 30% in three years.

Marty also served as Director of Business Development & Rental Manager for several Los Angeles-based rental companies, creating a competitive advantage in the marketplace and showcasing evolving technology while providing superior services for clients such as Live Nation and Fox Television. 

Before working with production rental companies, Marty managed broadcast technical operations for ABC and CBS television where she earned an Emmy for her work on Olympic Sports coverage. 

Marty recently chaired the Hollywood section of SMPTE for two terms and remains an active participant in section leadership. 

Her studies include broadcast engineering; TV and Film, English and Speech Pathology. She received her BA from San Diego State University and holds an FCC License.
